一封投诉信

Dear Sir / Madam,

9 Nov
When I walk in your showroom @ Butterworth then only I know that your shop are having sales  period, and the sales person Mr. Tan said I can put some deposit to lock the sales price, the tiles / design I can choose other days.

So, end up I put RM 500 as deposit to lock the offer price and here my order No : BWS001439.
Meanwhile, why I lock the price because is almost off time to close shop and I see one type of the tiles ( A tiles ) I like it very much. I asked this A tiles under offer you still got many pcs, the sales person answer yes !

I go to choose the tiles but Mr. Tan are not available on that day so Mr. Lee / Lim ( Im not sure ) become our new sales person. On that day, I don’t have the floor plan, so we promised will call up our contractor as soon as possible to provide the floor plan to Mr. Lee.
I said I like A tiles very much I must get this.

27 Nov
Mr. Lee should receive our floor plan from our contractor.

28 & 29 Nov
Mr. Lee called up me and says to me that he received the floor plan but cannot find my Order No and need me to provide him the order no. It is so funny, right ?
Maybe few days / 2-3 days later Mr. Lee call again and let me know my master bedroom floor tiles are not available, I need to go and choose other tiles to replace on this.
Is ok for me to go and choose again but my A tiles available, he says Yes !

I call to Mr. Lee, I ask are you done calculate my quotation ?
He answered me not yet because of im not go to choose my master bedroom floor tiles.
So, the same day, after 1 hours I reach your showroom, and I know that Mr. Lee not yet calculate my quotation for me and not even see my order ! Im wonder is that cant calculate just because of im not yet choose my master bedroom floor tiles ? I thought is same style just different color ?? You should done my quotation, right ??
At least for others like my car park, side, behind, kitchen, another 2 bathroom and etc …. Since floor plan been provided.
And … I need to wait him on the spot calculate my quotation, the main point is I don’t think he know how to calculate the size & quantity of tiles. So poor on calculation.

Mr. Lee called me again and let me know that A tiles are not enough to supply me !!
Do you know that A tiles how much important to me ? I thought you should enough to supply me since 28 Nov ?? Because I give this A tiles to my designer help me to design my bathroom + wardrobe all in a set. End up until 10 Dec you only tell me this ??
Im seriously get mad !

My husband called to the Butterworth showroom and look for new Sales Person, Account & Operation Manager Miss Ong. We have a deal with Miss Ong that we will go to Penang showroom on 14 Dec to look another sales person. And hope this new girl will help us since that Mr. Lee are too laze. This is my opinion I really feel that he is not take good part in his job !

End up, whatever I want the A tiles still don’t have enough to supply me so that I request to cancel all my order and refund my deposit RM 500 to me. So we drive from Penang to Butterworth again to get back our deposit.
I know the rules & regulations that we cannot get back our deposit but until today I don’t think this is my problem so I should have a right to get back my deposit, this is just because I really mad on this, and I also need my designer to change all my design and material + color, u know ? How terrible to messy up whole world just because of the company staff laze.
Ur staff says, normally Offer Price is only balance few pcs ! But I think this is not a reason of your laze ! I really cannot accept this to me !
Im not because of the price, Im because of I just like this A tiles design at the first when I pay for deposit and im wonder can you imagine a standard master bathroom size ?? You should order / keep my A tiles after I choose, maybe do this in 2-3 days time, not supposed to tell me this after so many days.
Miss Ong Promised will give us back RM 500 by cheque next week. Im also wonder how come by credit card you cannot just refund back the money by credit card, because normally Hotel / Hospital do so. Miss Ong says that because everything need to get KL approve. Next week when cheque is ready then will call me.

My husband call to Miss Ong and ask when our refund cheque get ready ?
She says, next week.

30 Dec
I call to Miss Ong and she is not available, I leave my message and ask her to return my call before 5.30pm

31 Dec
2pm I call to Miss Ong again, I ask her why she not return me a call, she reply she is not free to return / entertain everyone phone call because she is very busy. Sometime she also will forget to return call, and ask me “ Do you think I need to return all the call ? Im not so free ! ”
Ok, I get mad again and I raise up my voice !! You should know who am I and you should know why I call you up, do u think everyone free to ask you to return a call ??
Not taking serious in customer issue !
Now only she said only 15 & 30 of the month are company closing, and company very busy with other cheque & account so my cheque not yet ready and im very annoying always call her, but whatever I provided you the date is the day im only call her, am I annoying ??
And im starting wonder that did she pass my case to HQ KL side ??
Just a very small world that I did heard someone of my friend also complain this girl as well just because of the working attitude.
Of cause we are arguing in phone, I really don’t know what type of this staff just like to argue with customer, she thought that she is the boss ??
I always know that customer is always right but I don’t think this can be apply to all customer, and I also know that Boss also always right, but never know that a employee are always right in a company and she can enjoying this power of right so much !!
Miss Ong said that she is not charging me any credit card fees and willing to refund me the RM 500 deposit ! What type of this words can come out from her mouth ?? But my question come again, should you charge me this type of fees ? Do you know that who are the first place should settle my problem now ?? And do you know that because of all of your laze then I need to messy up all my design ??
Miss Ong said we are just a business deal, we are not friend !
Im wonder again, if im her friend will she treat me more friendly ? In this case, should I get mad ?
I did tell her that, if my case still not settle before 2 Jan 12pm then I will bring up this issue to  Consumers' Association of Penang to settle our problem.
Miss Ong feel that is not use on this because she is willing to refund me my deposit but just the cheque not yet ready ! Tha main point again did she pass my case to HQ KL side ??
Why not she just tell me your account closing every 15 & 30 every month ? This is because of I can see how much your staff laze and say to me next week then only I call to ask my cheque if not do you think im so free to call and chase the money ?
At the end of our argue, she promised that she will refund me my Deposit RM 500 on 10 Jan 2014, I can personally walk in to get my cheque without any call during this period, if ur company not yet ready my cheque then she will personally issue a cheque for me.
Or else I no need to walk in she will bank in the RM 500 to my account but how many percentage that I can trust her words ?

I also notice that the invoice did stamp that all item must be deliver between 2 months from the date of invoice. 10 Jan 2014 I only can go to collect my cheque but this date already over 2 months time, pls take note on this, and this is only the date Miss Ong are super confirmed to me she will refund me my RM 500 without any call to her !

In this whole story just tell me that im not because of the RM 500, im just really dislike your showroom staff working attitude, should they have a right to raise up their voice to customer ? In this case they are not lost a small potato customer like me but I think they will lost more in future just because of this attitude.

After this case happened, I only  know that other Big tiles company they no need to have sales / to lock the price, I can get the same brand same style same material same color as yours company but very low in price if compare. And their sales persons are very nice and the main point is they can on the spot count my quotation with how many pcs + total budget I need to pay. See how others company their staff work and how serious they are taking part of their job.

I no need to answer Miss Ong question that actually what is my occupation cause we are not friend, we are just in a business deal as she said, but I will says For your company future growing, please let your staff to go for more training maybe or you should have better way to solve this problem.

Once again, RM 500 is small matter, is just like a meal to me, but I really dislike your staff attitude !


打完这样一篇烂文字过后才来后悔当初没有听妈妈的话好好的读书 好好的学好英文已来不及了  但是至少我有勇气打出我的不满 我没有发神经 我觉得我很斯文 我很出乎意料的好好的打字 不是吗?

如果我的问题没有改善的话 那么我可以打华文字 再不然不能解决的话 那么我会用嘴巴讲的 但是我是和法律讲话 因为对着这些废人讲话 实在有够废!
