产前课程

我没有想过想要上产前课程 我觉得自然的就好 可是小鹿想要去学习看看······
就这样我们在医院报名了 5 Sessions RM 100 - 每个星期五 7.30 - 9.30 pm ~

也好 或许多一点了解会对我们都有好处呢？可是却牺牲了我的 Friday Night！
产前课程包括了如下；

Week 1 - 9 Apr 2010
1st Session ( Obstetrician 产科医生 )
Before Labour
* Video : " A Healthy Pregnancy "
* What happens to my body ?
* What does the doctor check for when i come to the clinic ?
* How can i prepare myself for labour ?

2nd Session ( Physiotherapist 物理治疗师 )
* Pratical Session

Week 2 - 16 Apr 2010
1st Session ( Midwife & Dietitian 助产士 & 营养师 )
* Video : " Bathing A Baby "
* Arrival of baby - preparation for hospitalisation
* Good nutrition during Pregnancy and Preparation for Breastfeeding

2nd Session ( Midwife 助产士 )
* Brain Development Stimulation 脑发育的刺激
* Baby Massage
* Video

Week 3 - 23 Apr 2010
1st Session ( Obstetrician 产科医生 )
* Video : " Breastfeeding "

During Labour
* How do i know when to come into hospital ?
* What should i expect when i am in labour ?
* What problems can happen ?
* What happens after the baby ?

2nd Session ( Paediatrician & Audiologist 儿科医生 & 听力学家)
* Is my Newborn Baby Okay ?
* New Born Hearing Screening

Week 4 - 30 Apr 2010
1st Session ( Midwife 助产士 )
* Some common concerns after birth
* Nappy Folding

2nd Session ( Paediatrician 儿科 )
* First week of Life and Immunisation Programme 生命和免疫接种计划

3rd Sessioin ( Physiotherapist 物理治疗师 )
* Practical Session

Week 5 - 7 May 2010
1st Session ( Paediatrician 儿科 )
* Breastfeeding
* Video : " Baby's Choice "
* Tour of 5th Floor & Nursury, Deluxe Ward & Delivery Suite

2nd Session ( Midwife 助产士 )
* Massage techniques by partners
* Breastfeeding in hospital
* Expressing your breast milk
* Breastfeeding Aids


报读参与的课程大致上就是这样 间中还会有 Refreshment & Group Interaction
下个星期五就开始了 上完这课程我就刚刚好要准备生了 会不会太迟啊？
我还在怀疑自己有没有能力完成这连续五个星期的课程呢？

嗯······ 现在才发觉其中一个星期五还是小鹿的生日呐 ~
